Debra Sadowski started rock-it promotions out of her parents’ spare bedroom over 20 years ago. With no business/PR degree, she followed her dreams and today, rock-it is an award-winning PR firm with clients such as Peloton, L'Oréal Paris, Live Nation Canada, Knix, The JUNO Awards and many more. Sonya Meloff is Co-Founder of Sales Talent Agency, Canada’s largest and most respected sales recruitment company.  Launched in 2007, Sales Talent Agency has worked with over 2,500 companies across North America, Europe and Australia to help them make their best sales hires.  From single projects to full outsourcing solutions, some notable clients include Thomson Reuters, Salesforce, SAP, Dell, IBM, AMEX, Tyco, Waste Management, Rogers, as well as most of the tech success stories heard in the news. Sonya is passionate about advocating for the sales profession, sits on the board of the CPSA, Centennial College sales program advisory, and also co-founded The Great Canadian Sales Competition, which is Canada’s biggest student competition dedicated to educating students about sales as a career and introducing them to companies eager to hire them, as well as which is Israel's first and leading sales masterclass dedicated to getting individuals into sales.  When not selling, Sonya is a busy mom to 3 children, aged 13, 12, and 10.

Jessica is the Founder and CEO of Lemmon Entertainment and the go-to consultant for entertainment, business and creative marketing strategies. Starting as an event service provider,

Jessica has evolved Lemmon Entertainment into a family of lifestyle and entertainment companies specialized in music, management, creative marketing and live events. Her clients include global brands, top talent, promoters, and producers.

As a fierce advocate for mental and physical health standards in the workplace, Jessica founded the FIT on NETWORK and Collectively Fit to promote health and wellness in the corporate and entertainment workplace. Jessica also co-manages global superstar Francesco Yates and is the Executive Producer of the

Lemmon Stage, an emerging artist program. She sits on the Board of Directors for Over The Bridge and CMI - Canada’s Music Incubator.

Nicole Inica Hamilton is the founder and Artistic Director of Inica Dance Industries. A certified educator and member of Dance Masters of Canada and Dance Masters of America, Hamilton has served as a guest teacher, mentor and speaker at institutes across Canada including but not limited to; George Brown College, University of Toronto, York University and University of Calgary. As a touring educator and speaker, she has presented in national and international conventions and championships including; En Avant-RAD World Convention, Toronto Dance Teacher Expo, Creation Dance Championships, the Performing Arts Medicine Association and more. 

Hamilton serves as an On-Air Radio Host on The Career Buzz Show and is a Producer/ Host with Turn Out Radio broadcasting on CIUT 89.5 FM. She reports on the current news affairs of our time with special focus on arts, health, career and business news.  Hamilton is also a Co-Host on Fall For Dance North's Mambo Podcast with Ilter Ibrahimof.

Dana is the founder and CEO of Canadian Girls Baseball & the founding VP of American Girls Baseball. Awarded a 2021 Meritorious Service Medal by the Governor General of Canada for work with CGB & on the list of top 100 most influential in Canadian baseball by the Canadian Baseball network. Dana is a strong advocate of empowering girls through sports and giving them the soft skills to become future leaders.
