Graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music, Slaight started off as an Artist in the industry with several compilation features, including two tracks on the 2006 album Pink Floyd Redux and a version of Etta James' "At Last" on Real Divas -- Torch Light Volume 2. In October 2008, working with Simon Wilcox and Justin Gray, she released the EP "The Story of Your Life" on Universal Music Canada. The title song ended up serving as the soundtrack to CBC Television's Canadian Olympic highlight recap. In 2009, Ali and Theo Tams recorded a version of the holiday classic "Do You Hear What I Hear?" in support of War Child Canada. It has turned into a yearly tradition for Ali & Theo - their album 'Holiday Collection' was released this past December containing all of their favourite duets recorded over the last 9 years. Although Slaight enjoys her time in the studio, she feels most comfortable on the business side of the industry. Developing the careers of Canadian musicians and bands to help put their music in front of as many people as possible is what she, and her colleagues, are most passionate about.

Jordan Francis is a singer, dancer, actor and host who is best known for his role as Barron in Disney’s “Camp Rock” and “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam”. After playing Barron, Jordan was invited to be the opening act on Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brother’s world tour!
After discovering his artistic passion at the age of 7, Jordan landed his first big break playing Young Simba in the original Canadian Mirvish Production of Disney’s “The Lion King”. Jordan continued to train in all genres and at the age of 12 he released his first music video for his song “I Wish I” which premiered on Much Music. Jordan went on to voice several animated characters for TeleToon Network’s “Carl Squared”, Warner Brother’s “Da Boom Crew”, Family Channel’s “Franny’s Feet” and TLC’s “The Save Ums”.
Into his teen years, Jordan made the switch to film and television landing him roles on “Honey”, “Connor Undercover”, was the YTV Host of “The Next Super Group” and CBC’s “Cross Country Fun Hunt. Jordan continues to work as a multi-talented performer, song writer and producer most notably collaborating with Drake, composing and vocal arranging his hit song, “The Sweeterman”.

Kate is currently the VP Business Development + A&R at LVS & Company. Her most recent achievements include Director of A&R, Casting + Artist Relations for CTV's "The Launch", which has seen over 40 million streams of the show's numerous hit singles (including double-platinum single "Ain't Easy" by Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine, and six #1 singles). Davies previously worked as A&R at Universal Music Canada, where she created, developed, and managed the ’A+R Me’ street team and mentorship program which recruited over 80 A&R scouts nation-wide, and resulted in multiple signings at both Universal and it's distributed labels. She was also responsible for all A&R and new talent at The Feldman Agency where she created and managed an online interactive Canadian Music Scouting Program. Davies has also acted as an Artist Manager, managing and developing emerging Canadian talent. She worked as a Music Journalist and Editor in both Canada and in the UK and has a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sussex (UK) in International Law, with an area of specialty in Canadian Music Copyright Law.

Kayla Diamond was supposed to be a lawyer but fate had a different plan. In 2016 while Kayla was attending law school, she got the call from Slaight Music and Cadence Music Group that changed her life - a recording deal which she left law school for. Thankfully she made that move, because it landed her a top 30 on the Canadian Billboard radio charts with her first single, Carnival Hearts. In addition, she’s been nominated for the single at the Canadian Radio Music Awards. After “Carnival Hearts”, she released “What You’re Made Of”, which earned her first Canadian Billboard Top 10. Quisha grew up in a Jamaican/Canadian home listening to Reggae, Motown, Gospel, R&B, then entered the jazz program at Humber College in the mid ’90s. Since then,Quisha has sung in many parts of Asia, Europe, North America, and Caribbean. Ron is in charge of overseeing the A&R department at Warner, finding and developing new artists, as well as maintaining and evolving the existing roster. This includes being a direct point of contact with artists and ensuring proper creative direction of the music/vision including music production, visuals, branding, business, live shows, etc. Ron is responsible for signing several artists with domestic and global success including Platinum & Gold record certified sales, Juno & CCMA awards, and large fan-bases across the touring market. Artists he’s signed to Warner include Scott Helman, Brett Kissel, Meghan Patrick, Washboard Union, Carys, 6ixbuzz, LB SPIFFY, and many more. Ron has also produced and/or co-written several hits for radio with a number of different artists as well as composed music for TV in Canada, the US, and worldwide. At Warner, Ron collaborated on the writing side in several Gold & Platinum singles. Zubin is a platinum-selling producer, engineer, songwriter, musical director, and guitarist from Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada. His list of credits include Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, Boys II Men, Tyler Shaw, Kira Isabella and many more. Since 2015 Zubin has been the Musical Director and lead guitarist for Grammy nominated artist, Shawn Mendes. In this role he has put together performances for Saturday Night Live, The Grammy Awards, The Tonight Show - Starring Jimmy Fallon, The American Music Awards, The Ellen Show, X- Factor, The Much Music Video Awards, The MTV Video Awards, The Billboard Awards as well as sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden, the Rogers Centre, the O2 and Wembley Stadium in London, and the Staples Center. Heʼs also toured the world with Shawn, playing and musically directing his three sold-out, headlining tours, the most recent being “Shawn Mendes: The Tour”.
